Apple Hen Tea

A nice tea to have in the country. A bit dusty in taste but it ads to the flavor of a warm, sunny day out in the fields or on the porch after a long day of work. Goes lovely with a wheat and seed crumpet, fresh vegetable and grapes or nice Barn Crepe.
